The Receptionist may be the first contact with the community. As a receptionist, you will need to have a prompt sense of doorbells, security alarms, call lights, and telephone calls in order to maintain a calm environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 1 to 3 years experience working with elderly clients.
- Ability to handle various tasks such as managing phones and alarms.
- Ability to interact well with the public.
- Ability to quickly understand the nature of the business.
- Ability to handle difficult situations such as customer complaints and emergency situations.
- Ability to handle several situations at once with poise and confidence in a busy setting.
- Must be able to pass a background, drug screen and fingerprints as required by the Cascades policy.
