What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily personal care, companionship, and support to residents.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals.
- Observe and report changes in the resident's condition.
- Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and well-being.
- Document care and follow individualized service plans.
Requirements:
- Current Caregiver Certification (or willingness to obtain—training reimbursement available).
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to get before start date).
- Compassion, patience, and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
